Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Rabat → Chefchaouen
We begin with a visit to the monuments of Rabat (the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum, and the Kasbah of the Udayas). We then travel into the Rif Mountains to reach the magical blue city of Chefchaouen, where we'll spend the night.
Day 2: Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Meknes → Fez
A morning to explore Chefchaouen. Afterwards, we head to the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes, before arriving in Fez in the afternoon.
Day 3: Guided Tour of Fez
A full day with a local guide to unravel the secrets of the Fez medina, the oldest and largest in Morocco.
Day 4: Fez → Ifrane → Merzouga Desert
We travel south, crossing the Middle Atlas. We'll stop in Ifrane and the cedar forests. On arrival in Merzouga, a camel ride will take us to the desert camp.
Day 5: Exploring the Merzouga Desert
A full day by 4x4 to explore the region: the village of Khamlia, nomadic families, and desert landscapes. Enjoy another night under the starry sky.
Day 6: Merzouga → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley
After sunrise, we head to the Todra Gorge. We then follow the "Route of a Thousand Kasbahs" to the Dades Valley, where we'll spend the night.
Day 7: Dades Valley → Aït Ben Haddou → Marrakech
We continue toward Ouarzazate and the famous Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou. We'll cross the spectacular Tizi n'Tichka pass to reach Marrakech in the afternoon.
Day 8: Guided Tour of Marrakech
A local guide will reveal the secrets of the "Red City," including Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the Bahia Palace, and the souks.
Day 9: Free Day in Marrakech
A day for you. Explore at your own pace, visit the Majorelle Gardens, relax in a hammam, or simply soak in the atmosphere of the city.
Day 10: Marrakech → Essaouira
We travel to the Atlantic coast to spend the day and night in the charming, bohemian city of Essaouira.
Day 11: Essaouira → Casablanca → Rabat
Enjoy the morning in Essaouira. Afterwards, we head back toward Rabat, stopping in Casablanca to see the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque.
Day 12: Departure from Rabat
After breakfast, and depending on your flight, you'll have free time before we transfer you to the airport for your departure. The adventure ends here.
