Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Guided Tour of Fez

Your adventure begins with a total immersion in Fez, Morocco's spiritual and cultural capital. Accompanied by an expert local guide, you'll lose yourself in the labyrinthine, bustling streets of Fes el-Bali, the largest medieval medina in the world. You'll visit famous Medersas (Koranic schools) such as Bou Inania or Al-Attarine, the Nejjarine fountain, the iconic Chouara tannery, and the Karaouine Mosque (exterior). It will be an unforgettable day exploring the rich history and craftsmanship of this unique city. Overnight in your riad in Fez.

Day 2: Fez → Volubilis → Meknes → Rabat

After breakfast, we head west. Our first stop will be the impressive Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll among well-preserved temples, mosaics and triumphal arches. Next, we'll visit the nearby imperial city of Meknes, sometimes called the "Versailles of Morocco." We'll admire the monumental Bab Mansour gate, the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the city walls. In the afternoon, we'll continue our journey to Rabat, the kingdom's modern capital, where we'll spend the night.

Day 3: Rabat → Return to Fez

The morning will be dedicated to exploring Rabat's most iconic sites. We'll visit the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas with its white and blue houses, the imposing Hassan Tower (the unfinished minaret of a great mosque), and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After soaking in the atmosphere of the capital, we'll head back to Fez, arriving in the late afternoon and concluding our imperial circuit.
